    1. ya, back than i saw all those kool hippies somking good stuff, i was 12 years old and wanted to be like them , i would see them setten in a yard singing and the grils danceing wow,, back in early 70es

    2. The 60's was a revolutionary decade in music, the 70's represented beauty at its highest point. There are countless examples and this song is one of them.

    3. What can I say but that almost all of the comments about this '76 Balin tune I share. I remember leaving my home headed to Army basic training and this song was playing on the bus headed to Ft Dix. This sone with live with me for the rest of my life.

    4. I've always loved this tune. Love Marty Balin's voice. Love the lead guitar. Brings back great memories from my early teen years. Such a sweet, pure, positive, harmonious vibe.

    5. What is funny is that most of my friend's kids admit that our music is so much better than the regurgitated trollip that passes for music today. I think music peaked in the 1970's, and maybe a bit into the 80's. Over by the 90's. I sang this song to my first girlfriend in elementary school. Then I sang Runaway from JS a couple of weeks later.
